• Chairman introduced himself, Treasurer David MacDonald-Milner and the secretary Carol-anne Rhatigan and reminded all committee that they can contact anyone on any topic, subject or query they would like to raise at any meeting.

• He gave a brief outline of where he came from and what he wished to achieve in our community.
• PC Dixon has been based at Kingsclere for 12 months. He has been in the police force since 1992, before that he served in the RAF.
• He believes that being up front is the best policy and that he intends to stay with us until retirement. He is an old fashioned policeman and believes that the only way to achieve his goals is to be heavily involved in the community. He will patrol on foot when he can and approach anyone he feels looks dodgey. He also informed us that the crime level in our community is low.
